1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be in its original packaging, unused, and sealed
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Opened or used products
Products returned after 14 days
Gift cards
Promotional/free items

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@angeliaseye.com with the following details:

Full name
Order number
Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return
Clear photo(s) if the product is damaged or incorrect

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product:

Please email us within 3 days of delivery
Include your order number, description of the issue, and photos
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost to you

6. Shipping Return Items

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
